Foster Clark's Baking Powder should be used as directed in your recipe. As a guide, we suggest the following should be added to each 500g of plain flour 2 Level (10g) teaspoons in rich cakes. 4 level (20g) teaspoons in medium rich cakes. 8 Level (40g) teaspoons in scones and breads.
