Preparation Guidelines
Bring Batter to room temparature For idlies: use batter as is, by pouring into a Idly steamer for 9 minutes For dosas: add a little water. Don't cook idlies once diluted. Spread batter in round flat pan over medium heat. Add salt as per your taste. The batter is mildly salted.
