Rice Flour, Glutinous Rice Flour, Sugar, Raising agent : Sodium Bicarbonate (E500), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (E450), Calcium Phosphate (E341), Salt.
Preparation Guidelines
Mix Tempura Flour with ice water or chill soda water in small batches to make a batter and dip your favourite seafood or vegetables in the batter and briefly deep-fry them in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.

Tempura (天ぷら) is a typical Japanese dish usually consisting of seafood, meat, and vegetables that have been battered and deep fried.
A light batter is made of iced water (sometimes sparkling water is used to keep the batter light). Eggs (especially egg yolk), baking soda or baking powder, starch, oil, and/or spices may also be added.
