Preparation Guidelines
Green Juice: for green vitamins and minerals, with texture and staying power, juice 1 apple, 2 celery sticks, 1/2 cucumber, a handful of spinach and a knob of ginger. Stir in 2tbs Drinking Oats.
Matcha almond latte: whisk 2tbs Drinking Oats and 1/2 tsp matcha into 200ml Rude Health Almond Drink, heat gently on the hob and drink in the nutrients. Don't boil.
Breakfast Milk: blend half a banana and 2 tbs Drinking Oats with 150ml of milk. Add more if you like to make it thicker.
Tropically Sporty: coconut water is a great rehydration drink. Stir 2tbs Drinking Oats into 200ml coconut water after exercise.
