Preparation Guidelines
Take 1 cup of rice in a bowl and rise in under running water. Soak rice for 60 mins, Take 2.5 cups of water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Now add the soaked rice and cover the pan. Cook on low heat for 18-20 mins with lid closed. Take out the rice and settle it for 5 mins and fluff it with fork and serve.
