Learn some impressive moves this summer at the BOUNCE Freestyle Academy back by popular demand

If you fancy flying high in the comfort of an air-cooled space this season, then don't miss the chance to register for the global coaching program at BOUNCE, the region's indoor trampoline playground chain.

Back for a special summer term until August 19, 2021, the Freestyle Academy runs across all venues in the Middle East including locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Jeddah and Riyadh. For the past seven years, the BOUNCE coaches have been inspiring students to achieve things they never thought possible, like learning how to do a back flip, wall walking, or conquering tricks such as the ‘Rudy Ballout’.

Both the Freestyle Academy Ninja Squad and Flight Squad programs run for seven weeks and are a great way for individuals aged eight years and above to master new stunts, tricks and parkour skills. The classes are limited to small sizes and are based on ability from beginner to intermediate and advanced so there’s an opportunity for families and friends to learn together. The Beginner sessions focus on teaching people how to jump in a safe and controlled way and the Intermediate and Advanced classes focus on conditioning work to strengthen the core and abs. Those in the Intermediate program will learn wall running and flips and the Advanced class members will learn advanced flips and combinations and advanced wall running, focusing on individual capabilities and skill level. BOUNCE believes small class sizes gives the maximum learning benefit for the program and a really personal approach to developing skills.

BOUNCE also caters to the younger ones with the Freestyle Academy’s Mini BOUNCE Squad, offering special programs for children aged between two and seven years of age. Kids who sign up learn everything from self-expression and confidence, to fundamental movement skills, as well as challenges and learning through play. All programs bring BOUNCE’s mission of inspiring movement, creative expression and human connection to life. It's also a wonderful way to keep the youngsters busy this summer season.
