The brainchild of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, Dubai Fitness Challenge is the perfect way to get motivated this month and adopt an active and healthy lifestyle. The idea is to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days, until the end of November. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you move.
There’s an action-packed calendar of virtual and physical sessions taking place across the emirate, in a bid to make fitness accessible and easy for all. This year's programme will have the highest standards of safety precautions and social distancing measures in place to ensure Dubai's residents and visitors can stay connected and safe.
Mix food and fitness
In support of this year’s Dubai Fitness Challenge, Cherabinth Seafood Restaurant at Seventh Heaven, Al Barari, has introduced a new cycle challenge for those looking to achieve their daily movement. The new ‘cycle & blend’ initiative invites guests to cycle on a stationary spin bike, whilst simultaneously blending their very own healthy milkshake which will be served free of charge to the participant upon completion. With health in mind, the milkshakes are made using good-for-you ingredients with flavour options including kiwi, avocado and banana.
The ‘cycle & blend’ challenge will run until November 27 and is free of charge to try for the whole family. Cherabinth is located on the Lower Ground Floor, Seventh Heaven, Al Barari, Dubai, and is open daily from 7.30am to 10.30pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
