Creamy and light, this no-churn mango mix is packed with real flavour


Ingredients

Method

  1. Dice the mangoes and keep them chilled.
  2. Mix together the coconut cream, condensed milk and keep chilled.
  3. Take the mango cubes and blitz them for 10-15 seconds in a blender. You can add a dash of water or orange juice if you feel it is too thick and lumpy.
  4. Mix the mango mixture with the cream mixture and combine well. In a serving glass, place crushed ice, with diced mangoes and then top it with the above-sweetened coconut milk
  5. Garnish with basil leaves, and mint sprigs and place in the freezer for an hour if you have the time. Serve chilled.
