Method

  1. Place all ingredients (leaving a tbsp of avocado to one side) in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide between 2 or 4 glasses, adding a small layer of avocado in the middle section of each. Serve immediately with coconut flakes, if desired.
