A quick and easy Easter treat that the whole family will enjoy making and eating!

Method

  1. You can either keep the egg whole and carefully carve a hole in the top, big enough to drop in the ice cream, or carefully halve the Easter egg and place one half in a small bowl to act as a prop.
  2. Add one scoop each of honeycomb and chocolate ice cream to the centre of the egg, whether whole or halved.
  3. Drizzle with the chocolate sauce.
  4. Decorate with the selection of sweet treats. The world is really your oyster when it comes to this step!
