Need a quick chocolate fix in a flash? This is the recipe for you!

Ingredients

4 tbsp Self raising flour
4 tbsp Caster sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 Egg
3 tbsp Sunflower oil
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tbsp Chocolate chips

Method

Place the flour, sugar and cocoa powder in the largest mug you have and mix together. Add the egg and mix in as best you can, taking care not to spill the ingredients over the edge.
Add the milk, oil, essence and mix until smooth.
Place your mug in the middle of the microwave and cook on high for two minutes or until it has stopped rising – you can watch it rise as it cooks.
Serve topped with chocolate chips, cream or any other toppings of your choice.
