Ingredients

Method

  1. Whip the cream and then gently mix in salt, vanilla and sugar into one bowl, saving some of sugar for the end
  2. Soak the brioche slices in the mix for 30 minutes
  3. Melt butter in a pan and add the soaked brioche slices until both sides turn golden and caramelise
  4. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle a thin layer of the remaining sugar over the surface of the caramelized brioche slices
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
