About

Traditional thin pancakes with all the good stuff

Ingredients

115g Plain flour
2 Eggs
300ml Skimmed milk
90ml Water
1 tbsp Fry Light
250g Berries
3/4 cup Mint leaves
1 tsp Chocolate

Method

Combine the skimmed milk and a little bit of the water in a jug and mix.
Add the plain flour, eggs and the rest of the water and whisk on a high setting until bubbles appear.
Spoon a small amount onto a greased (with Fry Light), hot pan and cook for a few minutes before turning and cooking on the other side.
Remove from the heat and serve with berries, mint and a drizzle of melted chocolate or chocolate syrup.
