Ingredients

Method

  1. Fill a pan with cool water and bring to a boil. Add the white vinegar and keep the pan on medium heat.
  2. Crack the eggs and carefully drop into the pan and poach for two minutes. Remove from the water and set aside.
  3. Olive oil in the pan and saute the pine nuts and spinach until wilted.
  4. Arrange eggs on top of the sourdough and serve warm.
