Method

  1. Decide what fruit you would like to eat (the list above is just a guide and can be changed). Chop all the fruit into easy-to-eat pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the water and lemon juice and put the fruit in for two minutes.
  3. Layer the fruit as you desire. Keeping the different fruits in exact colour layers creates the rainbow effect. If you mix the fruit it becomes a basic fruit salad.
  4. Drizzle the honey over and close the jar. Pack for a handy treat and don’t forget a napkin and a reusable fork!
