Halloween mummy sausage rolls

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Unroll pastry and cut lengthways from short end to short end to create 10 strips.
  2. Wrap a strip around each sausage, leaving a space at the top for a ‘face’. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining sausages. Chill for 20min. 
  3. Brush pastry with egg. Cook in the oven for 25-30min, until golden. Leave to cool a little.
  4. Dot ‘eyes’ with the mustard onto the sausage using the end of a teaspoon. Serve with extra mustard and ketchup, if you like.
