Need to satisfy your sweet tooth? This coffee-based dessert is perfect for you.

Ingredients

1 tbsp Nutella
3 Bananas
40ml 1 shot espresso, cold

Equipments

1 Food processor
1 Spoon

Method

Peel and slice the bananas and freeze until hard, preferably overnight.
Take your frozen banana slices, Nutella and cold espresso and carefully place in a food processor. Blitz until very smooth (it should be the consistency of Mr Whippy ice cream).
Transfer back to the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up a little. Cover in hazelnut pieces if desired.
