About
Crispy chips from fresh potatoes, the perfect accompaniment for any dish – especially if there are are little people around!
Method
- Preheat oven to 230°C. Cut potatoes into wedges about half a centimetre thick.
- Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder and onion powder together.
- Coat potatoes with oil/spice mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven. Cooked until golden and serve alone or with a main dish.
