About
There are many ways to prepare this delicious drink by adding sweeteners, spices, or even natural fruit flavouring
Method
- Bring 180ml water to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Whisk in three tablespoons of cocoa powder until no lumps remain then add a few splashes of milk and return to a simmering heat.
- Whisk in a few cubes of melted chocolate, a teaspoon of sugar and cook further on the low heat, whisking frequently.
- When the mixture is smooth and creamy and all the chocolate is melted (usually about five minutes) then you’re good to pour into your favourite mug and serve.
