Method

  1. Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the packet then drain and run cold water through it to cool it down. Set aside.
  2. Wash and chop the cucumber, capsicums and spring onions then place in a bowl.
  3. Chop the turkey breast and add to the bowl along with the cooked pasta and veggies.
  4. Add the salt, pepper and olive oil then mix everything together.
  5. Serve in bowls and garnish with a few sprigs of basil. Yum!
