Say hello to these four-ingredient frozen yoghurt popsicles that also double as a nutritious snack and a cool, creamy treat
Method
- In a blender or food processor purée the yoghurt, milk, agave and kiwi. Keep a few whole pieces of kiwi to freeze for effect. If you don’t have a blender or food processor then simply stir together all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle kiwi pieces into each of the popsicle molds (or place in flat slices if you’re feeling brave). Divide the Greek yoghurt kiwi mixture over top. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until firm, usually for about four hours.
- To release popsicles, run the bottom of the popsicle mold under hot water for 10 seconds and gently pull on the popsicle stick to release.
