Method

  1. Mix the kefir, egg, milk, maple syrup and baking powder in a bowl
  2. Add in the salt and oat flour and stir to combine
  3. Heat a pan with the butter
  4. Pour in the pancake batter and cook for a minute on each side until crispy and golden
  5. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, dollops of Kefir + Protein Blackcurrant, coconut flakes and fresh blackberries.
