Method

  1. In a mixing bowl add Quaker oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, cream and milk and mix. Once mixed add the pancake syrup.
  2. Next add the golden raisins and put in the fridge for 60 minutes or until set.
  3. Garnish with the granola of your choice, strawberries and pistachio nuts. Serve or store in a container.
