Have some fun at the buffet table with these everyone-friendly spirals

Ingredients

1 sheet Just Roll puff pastry
5 tbsp Passata
30g Cheddar cheese
100g Sweetcorn
100g Peppers
100g Tomato
1 Spinach

Method

Take the pastry out of the fridge 15 minutes before unrolling to avoid cracking (do this as you put the oven on to preheat). Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Lay the pastry out flat and spread the passata evenly on the top. Sprinkle the grated cheese across the entire surface of pastry along with the chosen toppings.
Carefully roll the pastry up like a Swiss roll and leave to stand for a few minutes. Slice into one inch-thick pinwheels.
Place the pinwheels on a baking tray, on a piece of greaseproof paper and cook in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes. Let stand and serve cooled.
