Crisp USA apples and crunchy homemade crumble combine in this unique festive dessert

Method

  1. Combine the apple juice and the coconut milk. Add the agar agar, mix and keep in a cool place.
  2. To make the turmeric crumble, mix all the remaining ingredients, except apples, lemon juice and chives. Bake in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
  3. Wash and finely julienne the apples, season with lemon juice and chopped chives.
  4. Dollop the cream mixture in jars, bowls or glasses and arrange the julienne apples on top. Sprinkle with the baked crumble for extra crunch.
