Method

  1. Season the steak with sea salt and black pepper. Cut into strips about 1cm thick and as wide as you desire.
  2. Place the Copper Chef Deep-Dish Diamond Pan on high heat. When the pan is hot, add 2 tbsp. olive oil. Sear the steak until cooked as desired. Remove steak and set aside to rest.
  3. Add the rest of the olive oil. Sauté the ginger, garlic, scallions, and vegetables on medium-high heat until tender. Lower the heat to medium. Add the noodles. Toss with the oyster sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Place the sliced steak atop the soba noodles.
