A fresh take on this Middle Eastern classic is perfect for an afternoon snack


Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut one French Gala apple into thin slices and the other apple into small cubes.
  2. In a blender or food processor, add half of the chickpeas, the apple cubes, the lemon juice and the peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
  3. Season with pinch of salt, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.
  4. Serve with apple slices, and enjoy.
