Ingredients

1 Orange, peeled and roughly chopped
1 Large carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
2 Sticks celery, roughly chopped
50g Mango, roughly chopped
200ml Water
1 tsp Turmeric
3cm Piece of ginger

Method

Peel and chop the piece of ginger. Peel and roughly chop the orange, carrot, celery and mango and set everything aside.
Put the fruits and vegetables in the blender. Add the turmeric and ginger and top up with water.
Blitz until everything is smooth and serve over ice, if desired.
